Mubhir.ai
AI-powered Saudi exam prep platform

In Saudi Arabia, the Tahsili (achievement test) and Qudrat (aptitude test) are gatekeepers to university admission. Hundreds of thousands of students sit these exams annually, yet the digital prep landscape was fragmented—dominated by static PDFs, WhatsApp groups, and legacy websites that hadn't been updated in a decade. Students needed a platform that could simulate real exam pressure, explain mistakes intelligently, and show them exactly where they stood relative to their peers.Nothing like that existed at scale.
The Challenge
When we started building Mubhir.ai, three core problems were clear:
The Engagement Gap
Existing platforms treated exam prep as a passive activity—watch a video, read a PDF. Students weren't practicing under timed, exam-like conditions. Retention was low, and anxiety was high.
Zero Feedback Loops
Students completed practice sets but had no visibility into weak subjects, time management issues, or progress trends. They were studying blind.
Onboarding Friction
Most local edtech tools required lengthy registrations, manual payment verification, or clunky mobile experiences. For a generation used to TikTok and Uber, this was unacceptable.
The Solution
We didn't build a dashboard. We built an exam engine.
Student-First UI/UX
The interface was designed mobile-first, because that's where students live. We stripped away administrative clutter and built a focused exam environment: clean timers, distraction-free question layouts, and instant navigation. Every interaction was tested with actual Tahsili/Qudrat students to keep the cognitive load on the questions, not the interface.
AI-Powered Tutoring & Analytics
Wrong answers don't end with a red cross. Mubhir's AI tutor breaks down why a student missed a question, links to relevant concept explanations, and adapts subsequent drills to shore up weak areas. On the backend, granular analytics give students and parents clear dashboards: subject-wise accuracy, time-per-question trends, percentile rankings, and predicted score bands.
Frictionless Access
We optimized the registration flow to under 60 seconds with social login, instant trial access, and integrated local payment methods. No email verification chains, no "contact sales," just sign up and start solving.
Infrastructure That Scales
A NestJS-based backend with PostgreSQL handles concurrent exam sessions without lag, built to support thousands of simultaneous users from day one with caching and auto-scaling for peak prep seasons.

The Results
4 months after launch:
#2 ranked edtech platform in the Saudi Tahsili/Qudrat prep domain
Thousands of active students drilling daily on the platform
Dramatically higher engagement compared to legacy competitors—students complete full mock exams, not just scattered questions
Organic growth engine established through SEO and GEO optimization, reducing customer acquisition costs as the user base expands
What's Next
The foundation is solid, but the roadmap is aggressive. We're rolling out:
#2 ranked edtech platform in the Saudi Tahsili/Qudrat prep domain
Advanced AI features — predictive score modeling and personalized study schedules
Expanded content libraries — deeper subject coverage aligned with latest Ministry of Education standards
Institutional partnerships — onboarding schools and private tutoring centers onto white-labeled versions of the platform
Mubhir.ai started as a bet that Saudi students deserve world-class exam prep technology. Four months in, that bet is paying off—and we're just getting started.

User-Centric Design
Every decision started from the visitor's mindset: someone tired of starting over, scanning for a reason to trust. Generous type, calm spacing and a dark, premium palette signal seriousness, while a single, repeated 'book a call' action removes any guesswork about the next step.
Meeting User Needs
The template answers the real questions clients ask before committing — how it works, what's included, whether it fits a busy life — directly in the FAQ and process sections. Nothing is hidden behind a form, which lowers friction and builds confidence before the first email.
Detailed Pages and Features
Vitalo ships complete: a 12-section homepage, a CMS-powered blog with full article layouts, a transformation gallery, three-tier programs and pricing, a press feature row, contact page, FAQ, and legal pages. Each is a reusable pattern a coach can extend rather than rebuild.
